After the condition of the returned product is reviewed, your payment will be refunded or a new product will be sent to you upon your request.

3. Shipping Fees:

In cases where the user is not responsible for our issues (damaged product, missing product, etc.), the shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by our store.

In cases where the user is responsible for the return or exchange (wrong order, dislike, order cancellation, etc.), the user must cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.

4. Returns and Exchanges Not Accepted:
